Information submitted through an application may be used to obtain authorized motor vehicle, safety-performance, drug and alcohol, or other records when permitted by law and supported by the applicant’s consent.

Service Providers and Limited Sharing

We may share information with service providers that support recruiting, application hosting, communications, email or text delivery, data storage, security, screening, verification and compliance. These providers may use information only to perform services for Sisu Energy Management and are expected to protect it. Sensitive Documents

Sensitive identity documents, including Social Security card images, are not collected through the public recruiting form or public driver application. If needed after qualification, sensitive documents are requested through a protected onboarding process.

Application submissions use encrypted connections, and access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a business need. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Retention

We retain recruiting, application and communications records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including qualification, onboarding, compliance, dispute resolution and legal record requirements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Applicant Choices

You may contact us to ask about your information, request a correction, update your communication preferences or withdraw from consideration. You may opt out of recruiting text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from applying or being considered.
