Sisu · SEE-soo
A Finnish word for courage, grit and determination
Sisu describes the inner strength that keeps going after the easy part is over. It is the standard we hold ourselves to and the quality we look for in the drivers and owner operators who run with us. Energy logistics is demanding work. We build the support system that makes it sustainable.

Compensation Structure
Clear Structure, Explained In Person
These are the only compensation figures we publish. Everything else is reviewed directly with you.
Owner Operators
70/30 Split
The owner operator structure at SISU is a 70/30 Split. You bring the equipment; we bring the freight, the dispatch support and the business resources around it.
Company Drivers
27%
Company drivers operate on a 27% structure. This is not mileage pay, and no income estimates are provided on this website.
Final compensation terms, eligible revenue and applicable deductions are explained during qualification and onboarding.
More Than a Load
A Support System Built Around the Driver
When you call SISU, a person answers who knows the division you run in. Dispatch is staffed by people, not an automated call center, and their job is to keep you moving and informed.

Credit Improvement and Financial Wellness
Build the Financial Side of the Job
Strong operations need strong finances. SISU connects drivers and owner operators with credit improvement education and financial wellness resources — budgeting, record keeping, understanding your settlements and preparing for equipment decisions.
Educational resources only. SISU does not guarantee credit score increases, lending approval or any specific financial outcome.
Business Development Coaching
Drive the TruckLearn the BusinessBuild the Future
Owner operators and company drivers who want more than a seat get coaching on how the business actually works: cost awareness, maintenance planning, compliance habits, customer expectations and the decisions that come with adding equipment.
Coaching and resources are provided for educational purposes. SISU does not guarantee profitability, fleet growth or any specific business result.

Safety and Compliance
Prepared Before the First Mile
Wellsites and plants have real requirements. We review certifications, PPE, site expectations and equipment condition with you during onboarding so nothing is a surprise at the gate.
