Division 1
Pneumatic Frac Sand
Dry-bulk pneumatic work moving frac sand into active energy operations. Tractor-mounted blower and pneumatic trailer capability required.

- Frac-sand trailers free of cement residue
- Oilfield site awareness and division certifications
- Blower operation and pneumatic unloading experience preferred
Division 2
Belly Dump and Hopper Bottom
Aggregate, base material and oilfield lease-road work supporting road construction, pad building and site maintenance.
- Functional bottom gates and secure gate controls
- Lease-road, pad and construction-site experience helpful
- Oilfield experience not required for selected opportunities
- Seasonal and project-driven customer demand
Division 3
Industrial Bulk
Industrial and cement-adjacent dry-bulk freight for customers outside the wellsite, with structured plant and terminal work.
- Plant, terminal and industrial delivery locations

- A steadier alternative to wellsite-driven schedules

Owner Operators
70/30 Split
The owner operator structure at SISU is a 70/30 Split. You bring the equipment; we bring the freight, the dispatch support and the business resources around it.
Company Drivers
27%
Company drivers operate on a 27% structure. This is not mileage pay, and no income estimates are provided on this website.
Final compensation terms, eligible revenue and applicable deductions are explained during qualification and onboarding.
Qualifications
What It Takes to Qualify
Baseline expectations across divisions. Customer and insurance requirements may add to this list.
- 2+ years verifiable CDL driving experience
- 23 years of age or older
- Current DOT medical card
- Acceptable MVR and PSP history
- No disqualifying FMCSA Clearinghouse violations
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening
- PEC and H2S certification where applicable
- 3M half-mask respiratory fit test for applicable pneumatic divisions
- Oilfield experience required for selected pneumatic opportunities; not required for some belly dump, hopper bottom and industrial bulk opportunities
- Additional customer and insurance requirements may apply
